Warranty conditions

 

1.

When enforcing the guarantee, the customer must also deliver a delivery note with the equipment, with the date of delivery and a serial number, if it was entered. Without a delivery note or a copy of a delivery note the product cannot be accepted for service!

2.

All errors, caused in the warranty period, must be communicated to Monel pro d.o.o. in writing with the complaint report. The error has to be clearly and unambiguously described in the complaint report. The description of the report such as: "IT DOESN’T WORK" is not acceptable! You will find the complaint report on our webpage.

3.

Monel pro d.o.o. usually resolves all complaints within eight days. If they cannot resolve the complaint within that period, the maximum deadline for resolution is 45 days. After 45 days the customer is entitled to the replacement of the goods the complaint was submitted for with new ones or to a credit note.

4.

The customer is obliged to reclaim the fixed or replaced goods within ninety days from the day of acceptance in service, otherwise Monel pro d.o.o. is not responsible for the goods in service anymore.

5.

All products in the complaint must be delivered with all their accessories (diskettes, CDs, chargers, cables, packaging…).

6.

The following errors and malfunctions are not included in the guarantee:

if the customer did not ensure appropriate operating conditions of the equipment, for example inadequate power supply and protection,


after mechanical damage or removal of guarantee and other labels or markings,

we are not responsible for lost or damaged information – data protection is a responsibility of the user.

   

7.

All products that you wish to complain about and are sent to the Monel pro d.o.o. company via a delivery service must be equipped with a delivery note or a copy of a delivery note and a service order or a description of the error. They must also include data on the contact person. Otherwise the delivery shall be rejected and sent back to the sender at their own expenses.

8.

The shortest warranty period is 12 months.

   
   

We kindly ask all our customers to comply with the above instructions, since only then we will be able to quickly resolve any complaints without any complications in your and our benefit and satisfaction.


General instructions for use

1.

Before connecting the product to the power network, leave it in a dry room for at least 12 hours. Condensation may occur during transport and storage and if you you use it immediately, there is a danger of breakthrough of electricity.

2.

Turn off the product before every cleaning. Do not use powders or liquid detergents. Use a soft cloth for cleaning.

3.

The openings on the product are made for ventilation and protection against overheating. Thus they should not be covered or closed in any other way.

4.

The product has to be placed at an appropriate distance from any source of heat.

5.

The product must not be exposed to shaking.

6.

The product has to be plugged into the voltage marked at the backside of the product.

7.

The three-wire mesh plug should not be replaced with the regular one.

8.

Follow all instructions marked on the product and described in the original manual for use.

9.

When you do not use the product for a longer period of time, unplug the power cord from the network

10.

Avoid any procedures that might cause a short circuit.

11.

Do not put anything in the openings of the product because it is life threatening.
Be careful not to spill the product with a liquid.

12.

Do not open and attempt to repair the product yourselves.

13.

If you detect abnormalities in the power network or during storms, unplug the product.

14.

Do not remove the original labels from the product.

15.

Connect different devices (computers, printers, keyboards, modems etc.) to each other only when they are not plugged to the electricity grid.

  



Warranty statement by Monel pro d.o.o.

We declare:

  • that the product will work flawlessly within the warranty period as long as you adhere to the given instructions.
    The warranty period begins on the delivery of the goods to the customer,
  • that we will eliminate any defects or deficiencies within the warranty period in the time not longer than 45 days,
  • that, if the product is not repaired in the said period, we will replace it or return the equivalent sum of at your request.
