General terms and conditions of the Monel pro d.o.o. company

Monel.si enables the online order of active and passive components for computer networks, communication, wiring and additional computer and office equipment.
Every user of the monel.si online ordering service gets their username and password, which they use to log in and introduce themselves. The user’s password is secret and known only to the user. Their responsibility is to ensure that their name and password are only used by them or by a person, authorised to represent them.  

New customers: terms of payment

Monel.si online ordering can be used by legal entities, i.e. companies, private entrepreneurs and official institutions with their seat in Slovenia. On the basis of the application of the user to the online store users database, the terms of payment are automatically written out i.e. pro-forma invoice payment or defer of payment. The pro-forma invoice payment is obligatory for users (companies or private entrepreneurs) that are purchasing at our company for the first time. After the first purchase, users with a positive credit state (IBon for the previous year) may ask for a deferred payment, either via monel@monel.si or via telephone +386 (1) 5621034. Your request will be examined by our finance department and either approve it or reject it.  

The validity of offers and prices

The price for selected goods or services is valid on the day of purchase, that means on the day of concluding and submitting an order via the monel.si online store. The prices on monel.si online ordering do not include value-added tax (VAT), it is calculated later and is stated on the invoice.  The prices do not include delivery. The user pays for the delivery.
The delivery is free for orders over 150.00 € + VAT. (in the region off Slovenia). For other transport cost you can look price list or send inquiry on monel@monel.si.

The minimum order amount is € 10 (excluding VAT).


 
Ordering

All orders, received via monel.si will be processed as irrevocable. If a mistake occurs, the user may cancel the order without additional cost in the time between placing an order and receiving an electronic notification that the order is being processed. After the reception of the notification that the order is in process, cancellation of the order is impossible.  

The processing of an order

Monel pro d.o.o. will start with activities, necessary for dispatch and delivery of received orders immediately after receiving an order. If you wish settle the financial obligations with a payment on our bank account, the activities for the dispatch and delivery of the order shall start after receiving funds on our bank account. For this purpose we will check our bank account during our regular business hours. These regular business hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Delivery: delivery and acceptance

Most products from the monel.si online store are in stock and shall be delivered in 24 to 48 hours. It may happen that some of the products are currently not in stock. We apologize in advance for that. In this case we will notify you on the date of delivery.

The delivery period commences the first business day after receiving the confirmation on payment. All orders made before 1 p.m. will be shipped during the same day.

  • The orders made after 1 p.m. will be shipped on the next day.
  • The weight and costs of delivery will be calculated at the acceptance of the order.
  • If the transaction is made on the basis of a pro-forma invoice, we ship the goods on the day of receiving funds on our bank account.

Ordered goods for users that have the approved deferred payment will be shipped on the day of the order, if the order is made before 3 p.m. The user may, at their request, take the ordered goods at the seat of the Monel pro d.o.o. company, the address of which is Špruha 15, 1236 Trzin every business day, from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m..

On the wish of the user, the delivery of the ordered goods may be carried out by Monel pro d.o.o. which has for this purpose concluded arrangements and contracts with different providers of parcel distribution that deliver the goods to users in all parts of Slovenia. the provider of parcel distribution is selected by Monel pro d.oo. If the payer of the delivery is the customer, they select the provider for the delivery.   


Rejection of the order

Monel pro d.o.o. may in exceptional cases, before the issue of the notification that the order is in process, reject the order if they realize that they are not able to appropriately process it under stated conditions.
All stated prices and prices in special offers are irrevocable and are valid only for purchasing via the monel.si online store. The user purchases the ordered goods in accordance with the commercial-financial conditions, defined for the user. The user is notified about the commercial-financial conditions via an e-notification. The conditions of purchasing with a deferred payment are a subject of an agreement between the customer and the Monel pro d.o.o. company.

Deferred payment

If the user is granted a deferred payment, the purchased goods are the property of Monel pro d.o.o. company until the repayment of goods in full. If the user is late with the payment, Monel pro d.o.o. has the right to charge a default interest that the user is obliged to pay within 8 days from the date of issue. If the user is often late with payments, Monel pro d.o.o. reserves the right to stop deliveries.

Complaints on delivery

If the quantity of the goods that the user received is not in accordance with the data on delivery note and on the invoice, the user is obliged to notify Monel pro d.o.o. about this in written immediately after receiving the goods, but not later than the next business day. The user is obliged to inform Monel pro d.o.o. about any visible errors in quality immediately after discovering them or not later than in 8 days after receiving the goods. Complaints are only considered only when in written within 8 days after reception of the goods upon submitting an invoice and delivery note for the said goods. The products should be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. We are not responsible for any damaged caused during transport via express mail. Warranty on the quality

All products in the monel.si webpage have a warranty by the importer or manufacturer. To enforce warranty and service maintenance you can contact our service: monel@monel.si or call +386 (1) 56 21034.. The user is obliged to inform Monel pro d.o.o. in written about any hidden errors in quality immediately after discovering them or within the warranty period that is valid for a particular item according to the established rules in business world. Monel pro d.o.o. shall resolve all complaints in accordance with the traditions of good business practice.

Privacy policy

Monel pro d.o.o. will not disclose any personal data about users to third parties.

Disputes

Any possible disputes between the user and Monel pro d.o.o. that would arise from the use of the online store monel.si shall be attempted to resolve amicably by the parties. When this is not possible, the District Court of Ljubljana shall have the jurisdiction over any disputes.
